The idea of contacting PN Support, with anything that contains the word 'cancellation' could result in an outcome I wasn't requesting !
ISTR they're dealing with the force9/metronet/madasafish/etc brands before the main plusnet customers ...
Hi, If you do a whois on greenby, followed by a search of the company in companies house you will find that they are indeed a registered UK company, You will find the names of the directors and ther company base, which is a three quarters of a million pound house in an exclusive area!
Despite your lack of context, I will assume you are replying to me?
You stated that the company name is "Greenby Ltd", companies house show no such company, only one called "Greenby Daisy System LP", which doesn't appear to be related
If you insist that "Greenby Ltd" exits, you should have no problem supplying their company registration number?
As I said, Greenby is a trading name of Enix Ltd
(delayed reply) - no, of course I have tried all of those things. They see the problem themselves and acknowledge it, but their solution seems to be 'migrate to a new account, and lose [all your data/settings]'. Depending on what the latter means, now that I no longer use there email, it might be worth revisiting.
