I need to replace a PIR on the alarm system.
The existing PIR has connections labelled + and - for power, T and T for tamper, C and NC for the alarm circuit.
The new PIR has the same except the alarm circuit isn't labelled C and NC, just Alarm. Does it matter which way round I wire the alarm circuit?

99.9% certainty that it doesn't matter.The 0.1% caution is if one side of the "alarm" contacts is somehow connected to the other circuitry in the PIR. I've never seen one that does that though, I just don't like giving 100% certainty answers :-)
