You, and everyone else. That's why there's no demand.
Plus the Russians and Saudis couldn't agree on cuts in production to match the lower demand. Well, they've done that now, so I guess 'normal service will be restored'. Soon.

They made that agreement last Thursday. Oil price immediately dropped. Saudi economy is in real trouble if this continues. Shucks.

Possibly because over 70p of that is duty and VAT.
