No, not in te UK anyway, but they are contemplating cutting off all ties to the EU and starting afresh with a new deal or whatever after leaving it.

In the EU itself they have already committed economic suicide. That's whey they want the £50bn.

We could. Some parts of the NHS could really do with it. I doubt the tories will say yes to that though.
