I reckon England will lose by one or two to nil. I'd love to be proved wrong, but just can't see it. What are YOUR predictions for the Big Match?

Information here may be outdated?
Football is one of the few subjects of which I am proud to say I am profoundly ignorant.
Winning would be good for Britain.
Don't care either way, can they still fail to qualify for Quatar?
It's deathly quiet round here ... wonder where they've all gone to watch?
My prediction: 90 minutes of football an 2 hours of pundits talking bollox.
I couldn't care less wot the score is so long as them greasy diegos go back to Italy with nothing more than a good dose of Covid. lol
Is that before of after - or both?

Oh has there been a football match again then? Brian
Yes, and rather than play for the win England tatically played for the draw so that they could show their skill at taking penalties :)
The first one I have actually watched through, although I might not have had it not started so well.
My predictions *were* just about what happened bar the gift from the gods that was the first goal. A load of not a lot happening while being outclassed and hanging on by the skin of their teeth. Although the goalie did a decent enough job.
I feel sorry for anyone who GAF, i've genuinely witnessed grown men cry at times like these.
Rashford though, how embarrassing.
Against a keeper who has never lost a penalty shoot out?
Yes, but that's only half the equation. You also need penalty-takers who are not useless tossers, or you're gonna lose no matter how great your goalie is.
A meaningless statistic. Saving a penalty is more like predicting the toss of a coin. You either go left or right at the time the ball is kicked.
Why is the top of the net avoided?

QATAR - no U.
I blame Arqiva!
Really? Just coincidence then that this keeper who has an enormous span and height saves more than most keepers. Just lucky?

Higher risk of missing. Requires more skill on the part of the taker.
I sometimes wondered if they should calibrate the size of the goal according to the goalkeeper :-)
