Yep, if we ever change a utensil for one with a different colour of handle it will be invisible to me.

I often start looking for my reading glasses, not realising they're actually still on my head.

You could get real radical and read the manual when the vehicle is new to you.

Indeed. There are 428 pages in my Passat Owners Manual in very small print. Part of the problem is VW trying to cover many different model variations in one book.

That genuinely never occurred to me!

My Octavia has hidden compartments all over the place.

Used some for hi-viz vests etc and one even for a road atlas incase the GPS signal fails.

In 2021 I went away for my Birthday and stashed £100 in one of the compartments in case of emergency.

I cannot remember which one or indeed find them all.

I found a multimeter in one compartment that I had forgotten about whilst looking for this £100.

I bought an old style Ford Galaxy years ago. While clearing it out when I was getting rid of it, I found two large lidded bins in the front doors that I never knew existed.

I dropped a security screw bit in the showers in a prison when fitting a light.

Brand new floor with the drain holes taped over by the floor layer the day before.

Could we hell find it.

It turned out it had rolled under the door onto the wing corridor.
