I've got a better lock than that on my specialist[1] magazine collection.

I think my Everyday Electronics collection goes from 1972 to around
1980, but it morphed into some ETI and Maplin magazines towards the end of this period, and Elektor Electronics afterwards.
So what's new about it?
Unless it's a Yale anti-bump model.
