ECP seems to have a bewildering way of pricing things. Different if you just go to a branch, order online from their site, or buy on Ebay. And that's before any discount code that may or may not apply.

Do you mean Car Parts 4 Less? If so, they're the same company as ECP just o nline only so less overheads tend to mean lower prices. They don't follow t he near-constant 'sale' more fitting of a sofa retailer and so are also far more consistent with their pricing.

thought that...they use exactly the same website ......with the same weekend discount ....

and the same goods .....why wouldn't you use them as europarts take a few days to send to their shops antway....

True you can usually negotiate extra discount on a large order, or if a good customer.

But the ECP nonsense seems to apply to all equally. ;-)

They've been totally useless for many years. Even 8 years ago, when the Ford Focus Mk2 was one of the highest selling cars on the road, they didn't stock (or were even able to order) a rear wiper blade for one!

Same for a freelander. It is a special unit. Just buy a generic blade and cut it to size..

Unfortunately, the existing blade was non-removeable and the fitting was a specific one of odd shape.

It wasn't a problem to me, as I live within 2 miles of Quickco, who used to supply (probably still do) many of the garages in the North of England and up into Scotland, so no problem getting hold of one.
