I need to send from the UK to Spain a 250ml disinfectant liquid that is labeled as corrosive, it contains 5% hydrogen peroxide and 0.1% peracitic acid
Any idea of which carrier I can use that is not too expensive?

It is likely to be far cheaper for them to buy it over there.
ISTR that Belgian supermarkets had 40% H2O2, conc sulphuric and hydrochloric on the shelves - you could spot where by the corrosion! Not sure what it is like in Spain these days but I'd expect it to be similar at least if you know where to look.
Post 9/11 high concentrations of hydrogen peroxide are no longer on sale but 5% should be available at most pharmacies here and overseas. The same sort of stuff should be on sale in bulk via agricultural wholesalers over there for washing the crap off green salad shipments.
