Looking for only a metre or so of this for speaker tails. I can get white or grey sheath stuff easily - or 1.5mm black. But not the combination I want.

10 out of 10 have black 5 core 2.5mm^2 sold by the metre.

Thanks Charles - that is too large to fit the connector, IIRC.
Use a matt black aerosol spray.
