That's just on Film 4 and Talking Pictures, both free channels. I reckon The Turners of Prospect Road should be reasonably cheerful.

That's ignoring all the Laugh! My House Has Disappeared into a Sinkhole and similar programmes on the Ambulance and Disaster Channel.
And (sort of on topic) at 10pm on BBC Scotland (Sky:876 Freesat:174) in Still Game, I think Winston is bypassing everyone's electricity meters.
Admittedly there's not a lot good *new* on, but I gave up on that a couple of years ago.
