I've got a hob that doesnt spark any more. Presumably it is the spark generator that sells for around £30. Pretty easy to fit? Can you get to it without removing the hob? Or is it gas disconnection, and remove hob? Bosch/Neff is the make, same part number for loads of different model numbers. Ta Alan.

You'll just have to jump in and take a look
... could just be a wire that's come off
Or a build up of crud somewhere on the HT side that is letting the voltage leak before it gets high enough to arc at the correct places.
