Because they are called 'Two Tacos' and so it doesn't (really) matter how many there are to the seller as it's a single sales item? And I don't think they do a 'Single Taco' in any case so ... ;-)

So 'Two Tacos' are a thing like their 'Tiny Tacos' or 'Loaded Tiny Tacos' and again, whilst I'm sure the number involved in each batch could be relevant to some (sharing), it may more likely a function of how much food between 'n' people rather than the number as such.

If in for a Taco you are looking at 'Two', 'Tiny' or 'Loaded' and as many of those as you choose.

'Three 'Two-Tacos' please', simples. ;-)

I wouldn't use x in there. I'd ask for "30 of M6 x 1.5 x 25", which is just as clear as "30 off M6 x 1.5 x 25", with the added benefit of using the word "of" in the correct way.
