Who sells toe plates you trust?

Tenhulzen, Longacre, Vevor, Pack-N-Roll. They all look diferent. You have to have used them to be able to tell if they're good or not.

Is it better to measure against the tire or against the rim? And where do you get the two tape measures with 1/32" increments?

Any QUALITY tape measure will have 1/32 markings - and you can even buy them with DIGITAL READOUTS
