We have a two year old Whirlpool range that has been tripping circuit breakers. To make a long story short, it has been two months and range is still not working properly and we have spent over $500 with repairman from vendor and electrician for breaker check and all we can get out of Whirlpool is wanting us to buy a one year service contract for over a $100 or sending out an authorized repairman for $100 with whatever extra he charges for. Original repairman replaced broken hinges, oven burner and electronic board. We are totally disgusted with dealer and Whirlpool. Our lawyer says that since it is out of warranty there is nothing we can do.
On line, Whirlpool has a good reputation but repairman from dealer says new ranges are crap.
