What do you do when one is bumpy ? John T.

All tires are bumpy. ;-)

I've been buying tires and wheels from TireRack for years. Haven't had a single problem yet. I guess I'll deal with it when/if a problem arises.

Any road-hazard coverage ? How do repairs/replacements work for that ? John T.

We haven't noticed and real delays either and my wife has a prime or UPS truck here almost every day.

BTW... the lug nuts that came with the wheels are 19mm, not the OEM 22's, but no worries. They included a socket and 1/2" bar wrench, "free".

This was a "negative delay". ;-)

As of this morning, the expected delivery on TireRack's website was the same as it was yesterday when I placed the order. January 6th. I don't know what is more impressive, that they got here 2 days early or that they got here in just over 24 hours.

Heck, they had to build the package before they even shipped them. Mount, balance, grab the correct lugs for my vehicle, wrap each tire/wheel combo with cardboard & strapping, etc. Sure they do this all day long, but they do it for a lot of people.

Tracking history shows that UPS did their origin scan at 12:43AM, at a facility that is over 250 miles from the warehouse. Best I can figure, based on the UPS ticket creation time, TireRack flew the tires from the warehouse to a UPS customer center closer to me. There wasn't enough time between the Ticket Creation and Origin Scan (3 hours) to make that drive.

Logistics is fun. ;-)
