In Australia they are taking photos through the screen from a high angle with telephoto lenses that you do not know are there.
There's something seriously f***ed up with Aussie law.
So the police like to predict the future then? Assumption of future guilt? You're using a phone therefore you're going to kill someone so we'll just do you for it regardless of reality?

I don't use bluetooth, but I use handsfree (in my house) for a long call. I place the phone on the desk near me, so in a car it could be sat on the passenger seat.

Normally isnt because if you put it there when driving there is too much risk of it ending up on the floor when you stop quickly. So you get in the habit of putting it on the dash etc. Mine goes in a bin under the radio.
You are in fact much more f***ed with your ANR cameras.
Only because of the big cuts in the funding for the cops which means that there are fewer watching for people like you using your phone while driving.
And you lot are too stupid to even notice that if your ANR cameras also checked for those who are using their phones while driving, the cost of doing that would pay for the better cameras.
They only catch things like no insurance.
Actually they seem to be keeping up the same amount of traffic s*it, maybe as it's profitable. The pigs are moaning they don't have the money to solve real crimes.

Odd how I've never been done ever for that, yet I'm always using the phone when driving. Yet I've had 9 speeding fines (and 18 others where I was let off), and 5 seatbelt offences (and 10 others where I was let off).
