O.T. hankerchiefs

Always have one in my back pocket. Have not bought any for a long time though so no idea what is available locally but Amazon shows a bunch of them.

I would think a real men's store** would have them, and the Men's department in a traditional department store like Macy's.

My nose doesn't run very often anymore. It's low-class but sometiems when I think it is, I take a paper towel. Clearly you are not low-class or you would not have even asked.

My first year in college my nose got so stuffed up I looked through my roommate's medicine cabinet. This was when roommate meant just that, 2 of us in a room smaller than my own current bedroom. All I found was Ben-Gay, which I think is for sore muscles. I put it on my upper lip and by golly I could breathe again. It's not even on their list of suggested uses. But you have to do it before you've rubbed your nose too much because if your uppper lip is sore, it stings.

Later I used Contac, and when I went to Mexico in 1971, I noticed the Contac they sold there did not work, but the Contac they sold in Guatemala did iirc. I meant to check which ingredient was different so I'd know which ws the one that really worked, but I never did that. And a few months ago I realized I've had a runny nose but I hadn't had a stuffed up nose in 40 years. Since about age 37. I wonder what happened. I didn't think that was possible.

As to bandanas, when I had one of my parathyroid glands removed, the doctor told me to keep the wound out of the sun and I wouldn't have a scar. I found a bandana I had, but unlike some cowboy moviss, it barely went around my neck. I couldn't find bigger ones for sale. By this time most of the time for healing had passed, but I found a woman's sheer black scarf that was dark enough when wadded around my neck for the remaining week or two. Anyhow, no scar.

Well, I use what you call a bandanna as a handkerchief. Mine are about 19" square after washing and drying a few times. They look something like this:
