Reminds me that a former neighbor's wife had one of these dogs. They moved into a condo that does not allow dogs pissing off all the residents there because she was allowed to have it.

Funny how flexible people are about that concept. It only seems to be true for most if they agree with the minority opinion.

Providing she picked up after him, that would have not bother me. Those animals are really sweet loving spirits.

On the other hand ...

The upstairs neighbor (two young girls) cat had flees and they got into our apartment. It was rally annoying. Not to mention the constant stench.

One night, the girls locked themselves out. The manager, who was a real ass hole (no nicer way to put it), for some unknown reason, decided to climb a ladder up to an open upstairs windows. He was half in and half out of the window when he stepped on the cat. No fooling. Made Funny Noise! The guy almost soiled himself. The girls were asked to leave. The flees clear up in a couple of weeks. You can't make this stuff up.

Oh so many legal situations affect marriage though. That would be the tough part.

That's how it is in this state. A friend was a minister in the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster and performed a very nice marriage ceremony. As far as the state is concerned when you buy the license you're married; if you don't you're not. An Episcopalian bishop has no more legal standing than a minister of the FSM.

Not really. What part would be hard. In most states (if not all) marriage is a civil union anyway. In Florida it is about like transferring a simple deed. The ramifications are still based on that "marriage license" document, not anything God says. There is no reason any domestic partnership couldn't have the same rights and duties as soon as you get religion out of it.

King James is both new and old testament with a bunch of books dropped from the old testament that they did not like (all of which appeared in the Dead Sea Scrolls). As such is incomplete. It does have some major translation boo-boos in it, but they are few and far between. It gets the job done though.

King James has the most beautiful translations of the Psalms. All the other translations of the Psalms fall flat.

Wallace eventually returned to what he had been and I don't think it was all the born again thing. After the 1958 loss he did what he had to do to win elections. Only he knew how much of it was an act.

I love the South, too. My moms side of the family is all southern, and my dads side is southern by a hair. He grew up on the south side of the Mason-Dixon line! haha
