There isn't one. Excellent suggestion. Maybe the group should explore the possibilities.
In the meantime I am fairly sure that Kodak has a free picture sharing site at this URL:

Not related, but alt.binaries.test is a good one that won't step on other's toes.
Or alt.test.binaries .

Many if not most ISP's provide users with a small free homepage. You just need to learn to upload to it.
