I am confronted with a room with 6 downlights (incandescent) that needs to have a motion sensing, daylight aware, dimmable and manual off/on control. Anyone ever heard os such a thing?

Sounds like a lot to ask of a switch. Why not add a gang to the switchbox, install a standard motion sensing switch in series with a dimmer

Sorry your not looking for an switch. Your looking for an lighting control. Leviton and GE come to mind. Plan on several thousand dollars for this little toy.
