I'm putting in a 7 ft deer fence around my garden. But I've got solid rock ledge 18 inches underground in a couple of post locations. How can I stabilize my pressure treated 4x4 fence posts?

That ledge will stabilize the $@#% out of it! If it's just a couple of posts, then drill-baby-drill (hammer drill). Drill (rent) as deep as you can, but probably just 1-foot would be wonderful. You drill a little large and then dump in some cement (hydraulic) around the posts. Call a Landscaper with a Bobcat/Skid Steer drill attachment and have them knock it out. A Jack Hammer with a chisel point might work well too...vacuum the holes clean.
