that is quite hard. wasn't there a name for the type of salads mix.the best is just to teste them and find out the differents. l have not gon thru that but some here will give a good answers. good luc
Try marinating them in a little balsamic vinegar
I just slice them and sprinkle a little sugar on them. You may not be letting them get ripe enough.
Soaking them in vodka makes a delightful liquor. ;-d
