in my shower i get full pressure on cold, but limited to no pressure when on hot

In my shower, I get full pressure when the handle is set to cold, and limited to no pressure when the handle is set to hot. All other fixtures in the house work fine. Is this a mixing valve issue? If so is it a DIY
