If you're using a hand-held circular saw (i.e. SkilSaw), I've had good luck with a Freud Diablo blade. It's not a true "plywood" blade, but it does a very nice job on the birch plywood I've used it on so far. I think it was a

40 tooth blade.

Lot of teeth, low hook angle and very high alternate top bevel.

Um...Table saws use circular saw blades... I wonder if the original poster was needing a blade for a Circle Saw.

Sounds like maybe its a hand held circular saw and you're cutting cross grain. If so, try scoring the cut with a razor knife and straightedge, then cutting to the waste side of the score.. You might have to plane a bit but you'll get good results with any kind of blade. This is assuming you don't have a million pieces to cut, of course, in which case go for the hundred dollar blade.
