After a few hours of preparation I had a job interview with a manager. I walked out after he took his 4th cell phone call--I have absolutely zero tolerance for rude behavior and certainly working for this person would not have been a good thing.

I don't think I would have gone that far, but I agree that it's certainly rude. I'd be more forgiving if he had explained ahead of time that there was an emergency and he expected an important phone call that he had to take. I certainly wouldn't pass up a badly needed job because of a little rudeness.
I was once 5 minutes into an interview when we had an earthquake. Bloody nuisance that.
