I come up with $10.85 per bf at the $1800 price and about $30.12 per BF for the $5000 retail price. Still kinda pricey.

There are 166.67 BF for sale.

That's what I came up with...

The way the ad is written the pieces could be short random lengths of cut offs... I'd expect someone to say 31 @ 2X4X8 or something like that if it were dimension 2X lumber.
