Last time I posted I received some constructive feedback responding to the need to register for this index in order to get to the index search page. So I've listened, and now offer access to the index with the sign-up page now being optional (although I still find value in finding out where folks are from and how they found out about the index, so taking a moment to register is still appreciated). So I hope everyone finds it useful.
