He didn't put up much resistance when I (lied) and said it was UV marked with my name and post code and that plod were going to visit soon.
You need to find a less dodgy neighbourhood. ;-)
By the sound of it they are all behaving very oddly. Are you sure you have not been invaded by secret service men or aliens?
