JOOI Why is the image called Mail.jpg when the cutting is from the Valley News?
Also JOOI why is the quoted prison population a factor of 10 too high. Today's figure is 84,197. The only figure that seems remotely close and/or accurate is 650 idiots - although I'd have included the Lords as well.
