On one wall I painted with Dulux matt emulsion, it dried to a crazed sort of finish, all broken in pattern, despite the wall surface appearing clean. A second coat dried the same. Only one wall like this, the other 3 were fine. Anyone know why this should happen? Many thanks for any advice.
