Second try, I managed to spell cable properly this time.
I have my new Picanto home and it slept in the garage last night.
Trying to find out how things work this morning, the "manual" is enormous, has a billion pages and is in a million languages. Says northing about the car, it's all about the infotainment system.
I connected my Android 'phone by Bluetooth which according to everything I've read is impossible, however I was able to control it on screen. However neither the 'phone nor the car's infotainment system would connect to my Dashcam (Nextbase 322GW).
I then tried to connect the 'phone to the car via cable but it didn't play. Is there any way to distinguish between a USB power cable and USB Data cable (A to C connector) by looking at it or will I have to try each one I have and see what works?
PS- it's possible the Nextbase won't connect via Bluetooth while the 'phone is connected to the car's Bluetooth, I can investigate that later.
