Oh right, that's new as I used the service a couple of weeks ago without those questions. Decided they can use the post which I think is more reliable and saves me printing stuff my end.

But my response is about the subject. I posted a couple of months back about the DVLA and a medical condition I had to declare. After they had delayed issuing the licence pending contacting my specialist, and then further delayed because they then decided they needed to contact my doctor (whom I'd not seen since seeing the specliast), they then send me my licence with further details. The further details include a letter to give to my specialist/doctor and a threshold value at which it is not necessary to declare the condition. I was below the threshold value in the first place and now well below since treatment. So it is not really clear to me what I have to do on my next renewal (I'm 70+ so every three years).

And now I have been sent a Customer Satisfaction form to complete in which I'd struggle to give responses to the above events. As if I could go elsewhere eh?

To be fair there is also a form to complete saying I do not wish to partake in surveys and a pre-paid return envelope.

I do have a Government Gateway account. And got sent a text message with a number to type into the website. Otherwise I wouldn't have got to the page I described.
