First time I think I've ever ticked x-no-archive :-)
Looking at getting a new bathroom suite, nothing fancy, and noticed in the brochures there's "conventional" toilets with a pull-down paddle type handle on the side, as well as ones with a push button on the top of the tank.
It seems than the tanks on the push-button ones can be a bit narrower than the normal sort (not looked at lots of brochures yet).
Are there any reasons to go for one type of mechanism over the other.. I guess there are mechanical differences and, not sure how to phrase this, but I don't know if you get different "qualities" of flush?
