Bit of tree fell off onto the birdbath being held up by a statue. Statue is fine but concrete birdbath is in three pieces.

Concrete? I'd dry thoroughly and use Milliput
Just to comment that "The Concrete Birdbath is Broken" sounds to me like the sort of thing one spy would say to the other spy whilst sitting together on a bench in Hyde Park.
Might it not be easier and more long-lasting to cast a replacement rather than try to mend the original? It's what I did - many years ago
- to replace a broken concrete item.

Which reminds me of the bird bath that was here when we moved in (1980s). Take the lid of an old style galvanised dustbin. Fill with a concrete mix but mould a basin in the middle. 'Decorate' the concrete outer ring by making 'crazy pathing' patterns on its surface.

Seriously, I used to be underwhelmed by her work but then I heard her interviewed by John Wilson on This Cultural Life[1] and it left me pretty much in awe of her. Tracey Emin rocks! And I have no business getting a cheap gag out of her[2]
