ISTR that the instructions with mine said something about using water to revitalise them, but I have never tried.

To be honest, I only used them a few times because I couldn't detect any beneficial effct with my back pain. Do you find them beneficial?

Spread some water over them with your finger.

Pretty well any replacement pads will do. I find larger ones work better (tip from the pain nurse).

There's nothing TF wrong with spending a few pence on some new ones. Proprietary replacements are relatively expensive and my initial searches did not throw up the excellent link you've provided.

I have a Tens machine I bought (near on) 20 years ago.

I was able to find 'pads' for it recently on Ebay quite cheaply.

There is a surprising range on there. Even if you can't match by make, try by connection- the 'press stud' size etc.
