There's a plethora of cures on the 'net. Which work depend on the plastics and plasticisers...
I can think of three off the bat:
-- cover it up (cornstarch, talc, a wrap of something)
-- soak it off (white spirit, orange terpenes, IPA, ...)
-- scrape it off (knife, card scraper, steel wool, pot cleaner, old credit card...)
Mix and combine them, too... so soak in white spirit, scrape off, etc.
