Twas me, but sadly they don't mention the U values.
I see they papers were rolled up first..
We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold. I remember Rod saying something like:
"The building has been installed as a piece of public art in Gillet Square in Dalston, Hackney."
