Spuring off a FCU to a IP55 junction box to lamps and switch is this connection inside the jb ok ? terminal 1 live feed from fcu and switch live, terminal 2 switch return and feed to brown terminal on lamp, terminal 3 neutral from fcu and neutral to blue terminal on lamp. It works ok and the switch is on the phase just need to be reasurred this is ok. If there is no requirment for an earth on the lamp shall i just terminate the earth from fcu to term 4 on jb ?

Sounds okay.

No, run the earth to the lamp and terminate it in a spare piece of terminal strip. The lamp might be replaced by one requiring an earth in future.
