Argentina won against Africa. Was there a single French player in the France side? I couldn't see one. More seriously, England have a *long* long way to go to reach the kind of standard we saw today. They look like a Sunday League kick-around side in comparison; nowhere near this level.

Same here, next door had it on, so I could hear it, so I turned it on for the last 2 minutes which turned out to be +8 minutes, then +30 minutes, +3 minutes

I'm not a great football fan, but seeing the repeats of the actual goal scoring on e.g. the news is unavoidable, and I have to confess that the skill and tactics they use are impressive.
And the money, bribes and salaries too
