Actually, the big issue is storage of the huge lumps of polystyrene packing. the box itself can be packed flat of course. Brian

I went for a Samsung Series 8 (in fact two of them) after plenty of hours of research. This was based mainly on the picture quality so your priorities may differ.

Talking of John Lewis, I notice they sell Linsar TVs - anyone know what they are like?

I like the idea of supporting a UK company, and they offer 5 yr warranty so can't be too bad (can they?)
