OT: recommendations for wireless PC headset (with microphone)

Having had such a useful response to my recent question about keyboards (it's arriving tomorrow) I thought I'd try asking about headsets for conference and skype calls. I need a wireless headset+microphone with two earpieces and that hooks over the ears, rather than having cups, individual earphones or a head band. Ideally a wireless version of this

which is what I use now. I have searched and failed. Can the team equal it's recent superb keyboard performance?

Probably overkill if its only for PC use, but I *love* my Savi 700:

The base station connects to a computer via USB, and normal phone line by wire, and a mobile via bluetooth. It then gives several hundred feet of range via DECT to the headset.

(you can normally get better prices than those on the Plantronics web site)

Ouch! That's quite a price. I've already got a Plantronics "Blackwire C565" wireless DECT headset but AFAIK it's not possible to buy a base station to use the same headset with the PC.

Having looked around a bit more there seem to be several used W740s for sale at a sensible price - I might be tempted to get one and sell my existing DECT headset.

From the documentation it looks like the 700 series needs a physical phone wire, rather than being able to connect to an existing DECT network. I use DECT everywhere and only the emergency phone has a physical connection so, unless I've misunderstood, the search continues.
