company than UKmail

Well - got the product. By driving to the original shop and picking up the replacement. (Yes - some compensation has been offered by the company.)

I wouldn't expect much better for something like clothing (a shirt, some coks, what have you) - but for a machine that costs severalhundred pounds? Have to ask what was going through the heads of the company that decided to use UKMail. Ironically, a simple accessory for the machine arrived on the right day - by next day FedEx - without any problem.

Yep - they disappeared entirely until something like 10:00 this morning. And ringing was not an option - either line dropped, or didn't get through at all. Eventually their phones started to say they had telecoms problems.

Yesterday they had been displaying a "will be maintenance from 22:00 to

05:00" message. Indeed it went down but continued to display a holding page. But this morning absolutely nothing.

Fedex have never, ever, managed to deliver anything here. I've always had to go and pick it up from their (inconveniently located) depot.
