As might be expected the BBC film was far more comprehensive - showing the whole planning and developement including the trains and machinery etc. Its just a pity that despite the recommendations on here its not that easy to download iPlayer stuff. And the idae that they might show stuff like this, rather than Top of The Pops 1974 etc for the umpteenth time on BBC4 over the weekend is obviously a non-starter

Yup, you have to marvel at the scenes of chaps with their ears 6" from a pneumatic drill (in an enclosed space as well!)
