I have shares in Shell, DRAX and Nat. Grid because they pay increasing dividends over time (generally). I don't go out of my way to boost their profits !!.

Every Green Party PB I have seen reminds me of Old Labour rather than anything new.

If you read their past general election manifestos I think you may have formed the opinion that they were much further to the left than Old Labour. The "green save the planet" bit seems to be a thin facade to hide their real policies. However, if they ever do get into power I predict some serious in-fighting as various factions want their own green pet projects implemented without any compromises and irrespective of the cost.

That is always the case for protest parties. Normally they don't get elected so it doesn't really matter.

Reform are the protest party that should be worrying about what happens if they get elected.

A few extra degrees and doubling CO2 is likely a massively GoodThing™

Theres some evidence to suggest that CO2 levels were much higher 40,000 years ago, before the magical carbon capture was introduced - who would have guessed ?

CO2 has gone up and down tracking - but not leading - temperature change many times and massively in the past..,

...temperature affects the biosphere which affects CO2 levels. Not the other way around, it seems.
