OT - Driving ban appeals process

That hasn't existed for decades, it's called "Signed For" now, but due to covid nothing gets signed nowadays.

Just drive past a couple of the handy speedo calibration flashing signs on a stick.

RM - same as others - have stopped getting signatures since Covid.

You obviously get very little mail if you didn't know this. And also with that crass statement about them. My postman is far more caring than any of the alterative delivery systems.

I would suggest that if you had a regular postman and received regular deliveries of such mail not getting the signature was long before Covid :)

Can anyone write their normal recognisable signature on those electronic pads?

I have had a couple of items go missing in RM tracking in the past 6 months. They've gone into their system but no record of them being delivered (nor had they been). It's not just RM where items go missing. This year has been very bad for me with 5 tracked items going missing.

True - but that was classed as a sig. Since Covid, no contact at all. Think they must rely on the honesty of the postman to say it has been delivered.

Must admit to not having had any problems. But things obviously go missing as nothing can ever be 100% reliable.
