Hi. Our gas fire is very noisy. Had it installed about a year ago new. The noise is so loud that we have to turn up the volume on the tv to hear the tv. It sounds like a ...er..KRRRRRRRRRRRR KRRRRRRRRRRRRRR for want of a proper description.
Is there something I can adjust to eliminate this racket.
