New World Powerflame Gas Fire: Advice or Manual Needed

I have a New World Powerflame 14594 gas fire - but I have lost the manual. The manual had the diagram of how to arrange the coals.



New World have been taken over by Glowworm, and they no longer make that model of fire. The glowworm website does not have the manual on it. British Gas engineers have the manual on their computers which they take around with them - but they're not allowed to give you copy.



Can anyone either help me to get a manual or explain how to arrange the coals, please?
