Beware, all the recommended greases & other wet lubes will break down & act like superglue. DO NOT use any of them. Cleaning the glass with caustic soda will help, as glass is slipperier than burnt residues. DON'T tighten it up when replacing. I don't believe a lube of any sort is needed if you follow those 2, but if you do use something it must be a dry solid only. PTFE should be sufficient if the oven does not have a hot catalytic clean program, and the glass is not near an element. Absolutely do not use it if those apply though, burnt fluorine compounds are toxic.
