My ancient Bosch "quiet" shredder (ATX 2000 HP) has reached the end of its useful life, its helix is getting blunt, and pricey to replace for a machine that is not really up to the current demands. (it never did green or lush stuff well, preferring woody things - it was slow to feed, and you spent lots of time unclogging it!) Add to that its pathological desire to fall over and attempt to twist your wrist off as you try to wheel it about, and I think its fair to say I have run out of love for it.
Anyone tried anything decent?
Electric or petrol. Would be nice if it could shred tree prunings without clogging (ideally up to 3", but 2" to 2.5" would possibly do).
